ClarityMade (48 Hour Website Rescue)

ClarityMade (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.
Scope of Service
ClarityMade provides a focused “48-Hour Website Rescue” service.
The service includes:

Diagnostic-led corrections

Agreed clarity and conversion improvements

Implementation within a defined 48 working-hour window
This is not:

A full website redesign
-
Ongoing consulting
-
Marketing management
-
SEO services
-
Traffic generation services
Only agreed corrections outlined in the private diagnosis are implemented.
Qualification
All websites are reviewed before acceptance.
ClarityMade reserves the right to decline projects that:

Require full rebuilds
-
Involve unsupported platforms
-
Present technical limitations beyond scope
If a site is not suitable, payment will not be requested.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required to reserve a 48-hour implementation slot.

Reservation of the implementation window
Payments are processed via third-party providers (PayFast).
Implementation Window
The 48-hour window refers to working hours (business days).
The window begins after:

Payment confirmation

Intake confirmation
-
Scope approval
Delays caused by missing client access or materials pause the implementation clock.
Access & Cooperation
Client agrees to provide:

Necessary platform access
-
Timely responses
-
Required assets or credentials
Failure to provide required access may delay completion.
Results Disclaimer
ClarityMade guarantees the delivery of agreed corrections.
ClarityMade does NOT guarantee:

Increased revenue
-
Specific conversion rates
-
Lead volume
-
Business outcomes
Enquiries depend on traffic, offer strength, pricing, and market conditions beyond website structure.
Refund Policy
If agreed corrections are not delivered within the defined 48-hour window, the client is eligible for a full refund.
Refunds do not apply where:

Delays are caused by the client
-
Access is restricted
-
Scope is altered mid-process
Enquiries depend on traffic, offer strength, pricing, and market conditions beyond website structure.
Intellectual Property
All implemented changes become the property of the client upon full payment.
ClarityMade retains the right to reference completed work for portfolio or case study purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
ClarityMade shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss

Loss of profits

Data loss

Third-party platform failures
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
Updates
ClarityMade reserves the right to update these Terms.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
